I have a Galaxy A3 2016 running Android 7.0 and no available space. All cache, data, files etc are deleted and there are 3.3GB of apps (I've moved all the apps I can to the SD card). Memory is 16GB with with 15.6GB used. Any idea what is using the memory and How can I clear it. I can format the SD as internal memory (though this would wipe the SD) or I can restore the phone to factory and start again. Both these options are quite time consuming.
